Group Level Manager, usually called GLM, is the CIT duty that manages group progression and group leadership matters.
Role
GLM means Group Level Manager.
This duty replaced the old GAM system.
GLMs handle:
- Group promotions
- Group demotions
- Group warnings
- Activity checks
- Communication with group leaders
