CIT fix
Minimap missing or black
Type /settings and look at Radar Image. If it is empty, type map-hd.png in it.
Steps
Open the radar settings
In CIT, type /settings and open Radar/Mini-Map. Find Radar Image.
Fill in the empty box
Only if Radar Image is empty, type map-hd.png in it. Leave an existing custom filename unchanged.
Reconnect and check
After you fill in the empty box, reconnect when you can leave what you are doing. If the map is still missing, check whether GTA single player also has no radar. Ask CIT General Support and tell them what you found.

If you can see the map picture but icons are missing, use the fix for missing map markers.
