My bought shader or group skin does not show

You own a skin or vehicle shader but do not see it. Turn it on yourself: /customskin for a skin, /vehskin for a vehicle you are driving.

Steps

1. Skin shader: turn it on in /customskin

   Type /customskin and double click the skin. A double click turns it on or off.

2. Vehicle shader: drive the vehicle, then /vehskin

   You need to drive the vehicle. Type /vehskin and double click the highlighted line to turn the shader on or off.

3. The /settings options are for other players

   Custom Player Skins and Custom Vehicle Skins in /settings only control what you see on other players. For your own shader, use /customskin or /vehskin.

4. New vehicle shader order: usually within 24 hours

   Only if you just ordered a vehicle shader.

   Vehicle shader orders are usually applied within 24 hours.

5. Two shaders for one skin

   Only if you have more than one shader for the same skin ID.

   Turn one off and turn the other on.

6. Group skin on duty

   Only if your group skin does not show after /gojob.

   If a personal custom skin for the same model is turned on in /customskin, the group skin does not replace it when you go on duty. Check /customskin.
