Account Retrieval is the manual recovery process in CIT for accounts and PIN codes when normal email recovery cannot be used.
Overview
`Account Retrieval` is used when:
- you forgot your password and did not set an email
- you cannot recover your account through email
- you forgot your PIN code
This process is handled through the:
- `Account Retrieval Board`
`ARM` is also used as a name for:
- `Account Retrieval Board`
When to use Account Retrieval
Use `Account Retrieval` if:
- you forgot your password and no email is linked
- email recovery is not possible
- you need manual PIN recovery
If email recovery works normally:
- use email recovery instead

How account retrieval works
To start manual recovery:
- go to the `Account Retrieval Board`
- make a new topic
- use the required format
For account recovery cases, the board is used when email recovery cannot be completed normally.
