CITBook is a social app in CIT that operates similarly to Facebook, allowing players to manage their friend lists, send messages, and interact with others in-game.

Key Features of CITBook:

• Add/Remove Friends: Add players to your friend list and remove them whenever you want.
• Friend Messages: Use the /fmsg <text> command to send messages visible to all your CITBook friends.
• Access to Locked Vehicles and Houses: Players on your friend list can enter your locked vehicles and houses.

How to Open CITBook

• Press B to launch the CITphone and select the CITBook logo.
• Alternatively, use the command /citbook to open CITBook.

Managing Friendship Requests

Accept or Reject Friendship Requests:

1. Open CITBook.
2. Click on 'Received Requests'.
3. Select the player who sent you a request.
4. Click on either 'Accept Request' or 'Deny Request'.

Add Friends:

1. Open CITBook.
2. Use the search bar to find the player's name.
3. Select the player and click on 'Send Friendship Request'.
4. Confirm your request by clicking "Yes" or "No".

CITBook Friend Limits

• The maximum number of CITBook friends you can have is 1000.

Remove a Friend

1. Open CITBook.
2. Search for the player's name.
3. Select the player and click on 'Remove Friend'.

View Friend Accounts

• To find your friend’s account, look for their nickname in your CITBook friend list.

Add/Remove Friends from Whitelist

• Use the command /markwl add/remove/list <AccountName> to manage CITphone marking whitelist.

Remove All Friends from CITBook

1. Open CITBook.
2. Click on 'Remove All Friends'.
3. Optionally, provide a reason for removing all your friends.
