Group Level Manager (GLM)

The Group Level Manager (GLM) team is responsible for managing group affairs such as promotions, demotions, and warnings. The team was officially formed on September 16, 2018, following discussions among official group leaders in the Official Groups Private Board. It replaced the former Group Affairs Manager (GAM) role.

Main Responsibilities

Handle group promotion requests submitted in the Group Profiles board.
Regularly review groups to ensure they meet the requirements of their current level.
Process complaints and disciplinary actions related to groups in the Group Profiles board.
