LS Gangster is the Los Santos side of gangster turfing in CIT.

Overview

LS gangster gameplay is built around group turfing in Los Santos.

It is part of the gangster side, so you need to be on gangster and be in a gang or group to take part properly.

LS gangster activity mainly focuses on:

LS turfs
Graffiti
Influence control
Group fights
Turf payouts

How To Start

To start playing as a gangster:

Use /gangster, or press X and click Go Gangster.

Join a gang or group.

Focus on LS turfing, group fights, and gangster tools.

Gangsters focus on groups, turfs, Briefcases, Hijack missions, and gangster PvP.

How LS Turfing Works

LS turfing is part of the gangster turf system.

To turf in Los Santos:

Be on gangster side.

Be in a gang or group.

Enter the turf zone.

Stay inside it to build control.

LS turfing also uses:

Graffiti
Influence control

Turfs belong to groups, not solo players.

Up to 4 players from the same group count for standing progress.

If you get killed, your group's control goes down.

Defending or re-entering the turf stops the other group from taking it.

LS Turfs

Los Santos has 39 turfs.

Several of them are drug turfs.

LS turfs reset every 7 days.

Drug turfs give drugs instead of normal cash payouts.

LS Turf Rewards

Holding LS turfs gives group rewards.

These can include:

Passive income
Group reputation or XP
Drugs
Oil
Other resources

A defended turf gives your group reputation.

Holding it also keeps its passive payout.

LS turf pay can also be directed to the group bank.

Turfing also gives 120+ RP depending on your activity and time in the turf.

These LS turfs pay oil instead of normal cash:

The 2 cargo ships at sea
The Docks turf

LS Turf Map

LS has a turf cluster map on F11.

If you zoom in on F11, it can show turf clusters instead of single turfs to reduce clutter.

Cluster text is only visible to gangsters.

Useful LS gangster commands and tools include:

/highlight

Use /lasttakeover to see who made the last LS and LV takeover and when it happened.

Use /highlight to mark groups or players so they are easier to track in fights.

Group highlights stay after reconnecting or logging in.

Rules and Important Notes

LS gangster gameplay is gangster-only.
You must be in a gang or group to turf.
Criminals can fight in turfs, but they cannot capture or defend them.
Gangsters can kill other gangsters anywhere outside AR and CE.
Gangsters cannot damage APBs, and APBs cannot damage gangsters.
LS turfing is group based, not solo based.
You cannot place barriers in LS turfs.
You need at least 500 hours to use barriers.
