LS Turfs

LS Turfs are the Los Santos turf system for the gangster side in CIT.

Overview

LS Turfs are part of gangster gameplay in Los Santos.

They are group-based and are used for turf wars, payouts, and control.

Los Santos has 39 turfs.

Several of them are drug turfs.

LS Turfs reset every 7 days.

How LS Turfs Work

To take part in LS turfing:

1. Be on gangster side.

1. Be in a group.

1. Enter the turf zone.

1. Stay inside it to build control.

LS turfing uses:

• Graffiti

Turfs belong to groups, not solo players.

Up to 4 players from the same group count for standing progress.

If you get killed, your group's control goes down.

Defending or re-entering the turf stops the other group from taking it.

Requirements

To turf in LS, you need:

• Gangster side
• A group

You can switch to gangster with:

• /gangster

Rewards

Holding LS Turfs gives your group rewards.

These can include:

• Passive income
• Reputation or XP
• Drugs
• Oil
• Other resources instead of normal cash

A defended turf gives your group reputation.

Holding it also keeps its passive payout.

LS turf pay can also be directed to the group bank.

Turfing also gives 120+ RP depending on your activity and time in the turf.

Drug Turfs and Resource Turfs

Some LS turfs pay drugs or resources instead of normal cash.

Drug payout turfs

These LS turfs pay drugs instead of cash:

• East LS Docks Turf
• East Los Santos Turf
• Verona Beach Turf
• Vinewood Turf

Oil payout turfs

These LS turfs pay oil instead of cash:

• The 2 cargo ships at sea
• The Docks turf
• The Oil Factory turf

Map and Turf Info

Use F11 to check turfs on the map.

In LS, you may need to zoom in more to see turf clusters clearly.

The turf cluster map can show clusters instead of single turfs to reduce clutter.

Cluster text is only visible to gangsters.

When reading turf info on F11, the owner label also shows whether a turf pays drugs or resources.

Commands

Useful LS turf commands include:

• /gangster
• /lasttakeover
• /turfcolor R G B
• /groupchatcolor R G B

Use /lasttakeover to see who made the last LS and LV takeover and when it happened.

Use /turfcolor R G B to change your turf color.

Use /groupchatcolor R G B to change your group chat color.

Restrictions and Important Notes

• LS Turfs are gangster-only.
• You must be in a gang or group to take LS Turfs properly.
• Criminals cannot capture or defend LS Turfs.
• LS turfing uses graffiti and influence control.
• LS has 39 turfs.
• LS Turfs reset every 7 days.
• You cannot place barriers in LS Turfs.
