How to Become a Police or Criminal Medic


  • Police Medic: Go to the police station and get the job or use /go police medic if you can access the police officer job.
  • Criminal Medic: Use /criminal medic to take the job.

How to Heal Players


  • Healing with Spray Can: You will receive a spray can when you take the job. Aim at the injured player or pedestrian and use the spray can to heal them.
  • Healing Automatically: You can heal players automatically just by standing near them during criminal events or armed robberies.

How to Work as a Paramedic (Side Mission)


  1. Enter a Medic Vehicle: Use an Ambulance or Medic Car and drive around San Andreas.
  2. Find the "+" Radar Icons: These icons indicate injured players or pedestrians. You'll see these only when inside a Medic vehicle.
  3. Heal the Injured: Approach the injured pedestrian and press "N" to start the healing mini-game. When the marker is inside the rectangular box, press Space to heal the injured player or pedestrian.
  4. Payment: If successful, you will receive payment for the heal. If you fail, you will lose the ped/player and receive no payment.

Special Information for LV

  • Top 3 Medics in Criminal Events will earn 9 medkits.
  • Use /myheals to check your healing stats in these events.
