Paramedic
Paramedic, also called Medic, is a civilian job where you heal injured players and revive downed players.
Overview
Paramedic is a support job on the Civilian side.
You heal injured players, revive players, cure diseases and viruses, and build progress through heal points.
Higher levels improve your pay per heal.
How To Start
To play as a Paramedic:
- Take the Paramedic job from All Saints Hospital.
- Use an Ambulance or Medic Car.
- Look for injured players and red cross blips.
- Heal or revive them.
At Level 10, you unlock:
- /go medic
How It Works
You can play as a Paramedic in a few ways:
- Heal injured players with the first aid spray can
- Heal by having injured players enter an Ambulance
- Revive downed players
- Cure players whose HP is rapidly dropping from a disease or virus
Red cross blips mark injured players.
The Medic Car gets dispatch calls.
Press:
- N to open the heal options
- Space for the heartbeat revive prompt
Side Mission
Paramedic also has a side mission.
To complete it:
- Get in an Ambulance or Medic Car.
- Look for the red + icon.
- Drive to it.
- Press N to begin the revive.
- Press Space when the marker enters the box.
The red + icon only appears while you are inside an Ambulance or Medic Car.
Police Medics and Criminal Medics can also do this side mission.

Medic can recover this vehicle without VIP:
- Ambulance
Disease and Virus Healing
Only a Paramedic can heal players whose HP is rapidly dropping from a disease or virus.
The Paramedic also gets a bonus for curing it.
Extra Features
When medics use LSD, they can see health bars for nearby players who are not on full health.
VIP players heal twice as quickly from medics.

makes you heal faster as a paramedic.

to check your Paramedic level and progress.
Healing gives Medics 200% of the base job progress rate.

- L9 Vice Chief of Staff, 120,000
- L10 Chief of Staff, 1,000,000
