House Features:
Houses come with a variety of features, which can enhance your gameplay:
- Sleeping: Use the
/sleep
command to heal over time. - Hosting Parties: Play CITradio music inside your house and make it audible to those nearby.
- Recovering Vehicles: Vehicles can be recovered to your position if you're close to your house.
- Add Static Vehicles: With DL1 or above, you can use
/addstaticveh house
to add a frozen vehicle to your house. Use/delstaticveh house
to remove it. - Clothes and Skins: You can change your CJ's clothes or skin from personal markers inside your house.
- Buy Food: Purchase food from personal markers available inside your house.
House Ownership:
- Max Houses You Can Own:
- Standard players can own up to 2 houses.
- Donators, depending on their level, can own a maximum of 5 houses:
- Donator Level 1: 3 houses
- Donator Level 2: 4 houses
- Donator Level 3: 5 houses
- Note: Donators can also buy additional house slots from F7 if they don’t own 5 houses already.
Houses for Sale:
- How to Find Houses for Sale:
- Houses for sale are marked with a green house icon.
- Alternatively, you can find them at the ‘Real Estate’ centre, which is marked with a large house icon on the map in each city.
- Inactivity and House Sale:
- If you own a house and don’t log in for 14 consecutive days, your house will be set for sale.
- The price of your house will decrease by 0.01% every 2 minutes until it is sold to the server automatically.
Finding Your House:
- Tracking Your House:
- You can track your house via the CITphone, by using the "Properties" app.
- Your house will be shown on the map with a ‘Disquete’ icon.
Vehicle Storage in Houses:
- Can I Store Cars in My House?
- Unfortunately, you cannot store a car directly in your house. However, you can recover a vehicle to your house entrance by using F2 and selecting "recover."
House Access:
- Locking Your House:
- To lock your house, press ‘Z’. Once locked, only you, your CITbook friends, and law enforcement will have access.
- House Robbery:
- Criminals can rob your house as part of a house robbery mission, but they won’t be able to steal your items.
Selling Your House:
- Can I Sell My House to the Server?
- No, you cannot sell your house directly to the server. Instead, you need to set it for sale and choose a price. After that, wait for another player to buy it.
