Account Retrieval is the manual recovery process in CIT for accounts and PIN codes when normal email recovery cannot be used.

Overview

Account Retrieval is used when:

• you forgot your password and did not set an email
• you cannot recover your account through email
• you forgot your PIN code

This process is handled through the:

• Account Retrieval Board

ARM is also used as a name for:

• Account Retrieval Board

When to use Account Retrieval

Use Account Retrieval if:

• you forgot your password and no email is linked
• email recovery is not possible
• you need manual PIN recovery

If email recovery works normally:

• use email recovery instead

Account Retrieval Board

The official board for manual recovery is:

• Account Retrieval Board

This board is used for:

• manual account recovery
• manual PIN recovery

How account retrieval works

To start manual recovery:

• go to the Account Retrieval Board
• make a new topic
• use the required format

For account recovery cases, the board is used when email recovery cannot be completed normally.

Password-related account retrieval

If you forgot your password and did not set an email:

• use the Account Retrieval Board

If you cannot recover your account through email:

• use the Account Retrieval Board

This is the manual recovery path for account access.

PIN retrieval

Account Retrieval is also used for forgotten PIN codes.

If you forgot your PIN code:

• visit the Account Retrieval Board
• make a new topic
• include as much evidence as you can

• screenshots
• login history
• other identifying account information

Response time

Replies on the Account Retrieval Board usually take:

• 3 to 4 days

Notes

• Account Retrieval is for manual recovery when email recovery is not possible.
