CIT Vehicle
In CIT, vehicles are integral to many activities, from racing and criminal missions to simply getting around San Andreas. This guide will provide the basics on how to buy, sell, modify, and manage your vehicles, as well as cover more advanced vehicle features like damage resistance, fuel management, and drive types.
1. How to Buy a Vehicle
To buy a vehicle in CIT, follow these simple steps:
- Locate a Vehicle Shop: Look for a blue car icon on your radar. Vehicle shops sell different types of vehicles, and each shop might offer a unique selection.
- Use the /gps Command: If you're unsure where to find a vehicle shop, simply type /gps to find the nearest one.
- Select Your Vehicle: Once you’re at the vehicle shop, choose the car you wish to purchase and follow the in-game prompts to buy it.
2. How to Sell a Vehicle
Selling a vehicle is easy in CIT. Here’s how:
- Press F2: Open the vehicle menu by pressing F2 while in-game.
- Choose the Vehicle: Select the car you want to sell from the menu.
- Click 'Sell': Confirm the sale by clicking the 'Sell' button in the upper part of the GUI.
Note: Selling a vehicle will result in a 20% loss in its resale value and you'll get 90% of the engine parts back.
3. How to Refuel a Vehicle
You can refuel your vehicle in CIT by visiting fuel stations:
- Drive to a Fuel Station: Look for the white circle on your radar at any fuel station.
- Refuel: Enter the marker and hold space to refuel your vehicle.
- Jerry Can: You can also use a Jerry Can to refuel your vehicle by pressing X and clicking on the vehicle.
Extra Tip: Completing the Basic Fuel Skills in /courses grants your vehicle an additional 20% fuel.
4. How to Repair a Vehicle
1. Repairing Your Vehicle as a Mechanic
If you are a Mechanic, you can repair vehicles without visiting a shop. To repair a vehicle:
- Become a Mechanic: You must be employed as a Mechanic to repair vehicles.
- Repair the Vehicle: Approach the damaged vehicle and press X then on the vehicle and use the repair option to fix it.
2. Using Pay ‘n Spray
You can visit Pay ‘n Spray locations throughout San Andreas to repair your vehicle. To do this:
- Locate a Pay ‘n Spray: Use /gps to find the nearest Pay ‘n Spray on the map.
- Enter the Shop: Drive your vehicle into the Pay ‘n Spray shop and your vehicle will be repaired automatically.
3. Using a Repair Kit
If you're not near a Pay ‘n Spray and you're not a Mechanic, you can use a Repair Kit to fix your vehicle. Here’s how:
- Obtain a Repair Kit:
- You can buy repair kits from F7 market.
- Alternatively, you can craft a repair kit using F9 crafting.
- Use the Repair Kit:
- While near your vehicle, press X then on your vehicle
- Click "Use Repair Kit".
4. Donator VIP Level 1 Repair Option
For Donators with VIP Level 1 and higher, there's an additional feature:
- Press X: While near your vehicle, press X then click on your vehicle to bring up the vehicle interaction menu.
- Repair Option: You will see an option to repair your vehicle. Simply click it to instantly fix your vehicle.
5. Vehicle Modifications (MOD SHOP)
Modify your vehicle to improve its appearance and performance. To modify a vehicle:
- Find a Mod Shop: Look for the red spanner icon on your radar.
- Modify Your Vehicle: Inside the mod shop, you can change the vehicle’s color, wheels, upgrades, and more.
1. Boost Your Vehicle's Performance:
- Use engine parts in mod shops to enhance your vehicle's performance.
- You can also tune your car in the "Tune Vehicle" section of the mod shop.
2. Vehicle Damage Resistance
You can add damage resistance to your vehicle to make it more durable. Here's how:
- Visit a Mod Shop: Go to a Modification Shop and press "Tune Vehicle".
- Use Engine Parts: Apply 2264 Engine Parts to add damage resistance.
- Maximum Resistance: Vehicles can achieve up to 10% damage resistance.
Key Notes:
- Vehicles in safe zones take no damage.
- Admin Vehicles take no damage.
- Your vehicle will not take damage from your own bullets.
- Unoccupied Vehicles: Bullet-resistant (except in LV).
- Wanted Status: If you’re wanted and shoot a vehicle occupied by law enforcement, the bullet resistance is void.
3. Vehicle Customization: Neon Lights
Add neon lights to your vehicle for a personalized touch.
How to Add Neon Lights:
- Go to a mod shop and choose the "Neons Color" option.
- Pick the color you want for your vehicle’s neon lights.
Neon Cost: $1500 for each change.
Note: Neon can only be added to cars and bikes.
4. Vehicle Drive Types
Vehicles in CIT come with three primary drive types, each offering different handling characteristics.
AWD (All Wheel Drive):
- Best for: Races, escaping police, and driving in the rain.
- Not Ideal for: Drifting.
- Examples: Sultan, Infernus, Turismo.
RWD (Rear Wheel Drive):
- Best for: Drifting and stylish driving.
- Not Ideal for: Races or driving in tricky conditions.
- Examples: Bullet, Sentinel.
FWD (Front Wheel Drive):
- Best for: Easy handling and casual driving.
- Not Ideal for: Racing or drifting.
- Examples: Pony, Yankee.
6. Special Vehicles
Certain vehicles in CIT have special features and abilities.
Hydra:
- Control: Switch between landing and flying modes using NUMPAD 8 (flying) and NUMPAD 2 (landing).
- Missile: Lock-on with Space and fire with CTRL.
- Cost: $50,000,000.
- Special Feature: Repairs itself by 7% HP every 5 seconds when stationary.
Advanced Hummer (Regina Warthog):
- Special Abilities: Auto-repairs, flips itself when stuck, and comes with different weapon variants.
- Doesn't need to be refueled.
- You can shoot while glued on it.
- Cost: $70,000,000.
- Variants: Unarmed, armed with Uzi, or armed with M4.
MPCC Truck:
The MPCC Truck allows law enforcement to teleport to its location.
Restrictions:
- Cooldown: No teleportation if used in the last 2 minutes.
- Restrictions: Must not be in safe bases, riot areas, or water.
Stafford:
- Special Abilities: Auto-repairs
7. Vehicle Skin & Shaders
How to Request Vehicle Shader:
- Personal Car Shader: €10.
- Squad Car Shader: €20.
- Group Car Shader: €25.

How to enable shaders:
- /vehskins: For vehicles.
8. Glue to Vehicles
You can glue to vehicles, allowing you to stand on top or shoot from them.
How to Glue to a Vehicle:
- /glue: To attach to a vehicle.
- */eject : To eject all players glued to your vehicle.
- /drop: If you're the pilot, you can slowly lower glued players to the ground.
