Difference from other player information panels

- `F1 > Players`, which shows player statistics by location, team counts, and occupations
/userstats, which shows server-wide user statistics
Notes
- `/stats` only lists online players.
- You need to click a player from the list to open their detailed stats.
- Some stat fields are visible only when viewing your own entry.
