Chat Commands Guide
1. Main Chat
- Command:
/main <text>
- Description: Send a message visible to everyone in your current zone (LS, SF, BC, OS, LV).
2. Team Chat
- Command:
/team <text>
- Description: Send a message visible to everyone in your team (criminals, cops, etc.).
3. Local Chat
- Command:
/local <text>
- Description: Send a message visible to everyone within a certain distance from you.
4. Local Friends Chat
- Command:
/locf <text>
- Description: Send a message in local chat visible only to your CITBook friends in the area.
5. Contact Admin Chat
- Command:
/cad <message>
- Description: Use this command for issues or questions directed to administrators. Avoid vague phrases like "Any help," and state your issue directly.
6. Support Chat
- Command:
/sup <message>
- Description: Use this command for general support requests. Don't use generic phrases like "Any help," and provide your issue directly.
7. Support Non-English
- Command:
/ssup <message>
- Description: For support in languages other than English, use this command.
8. Group Chat
- Command:
/gc <message>
- Description: Send a message to everyone in your group.
9. Squad Chat
- Command:
/sc <message>
- Description: Send a message to everyone in your squad.
10. Unit Chat
- Command:
/uc <message>
- Description: Send a message to everyone in your unit.
11. Group Alliance Chat
- Command:
/ac <message>
- Description: Send a message to your group's alliance.
12. Squad Alliance Chat
- Command:
/sac <message>
- Description: Send a message to your squad's alliance.
13. Room Chat
- Command:
/r + <command>
- Description: Send a message in a custom chat room you created. Use
/rhello <message>
if you set the room's command to "hello." - How to Create Rooms: Use F10 to create and manage chat rooms.
14. Car Chat
- Command:
/cc <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to those in your vehicle.
15. Emergency Chat
- Command:
/e <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to law enforcement.
16. Megaphone (Police Only)
- Command:
/mp <message>
- Description: Use when you're a cop in a car to broadcast a message. It will be visible to nearby cops and criminals.
17. Country Chat
- Command:
/countryadvert <message>
- Description: Send a message to players from your country. This is like a super advert but only for your country’s chat.
18. CITBook Friends Chat
- Command:
/fmsg <message>
- Description: Send a message to your friends on CITBook.
19. Radio (Job-Specific)
- Command:
/r <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to your current civilian job partners (e.g., Pilots and Truckers can communicate through radio).
- Note: Jobs that don't have radio functionality: Farmer, Iron Miner, Cave Miner, Taxi Driver, Hunter.
20. CEM Chat
- Command:
/cem <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to Community Event Managers.
21. CB Chat (Criminal Bosses)
- Command:
/cb <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to Criminal Bosses.
22. PC Chat (Police Chiefs)
- Command:
/pc <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to Police Chiefs.
23. SO Chat (State Officials)
- Command:
/so <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to State Officials.
24. GD Chat (Guiders)
- Command:
/gd <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to Guiders.
25. Donator Chat
- Command:
/d <message>
- Description: Send a message visible only to donators.
- Note: You can enable/disable Donator Chat from /settings.
Additional Chat Options
- If you can’t see a message in the chatbox, press J, select the correct tab on the left side, and tick the "Show in chatbox" box.
- Binding Chats: You can bind chat commands to keys. For example, bind /gc to 'I' by typing /bind i chatbox gc. Now, pressing I will directly send a message to the group chat.
