Duties Chat is the duty-chat tab in CIT. It groups several duty-related chats under one place in the `J` chat interface.
Overview
`Duties Chat` is used to view duty-related chat messages in one tab.
It groups chats such as:
- `GLM`
- `PC`
- `CB`
- `CEM`
- `SO`
It is part of the `J` chat interface.
How to open Duties Chat
To open `Duties Chat`:
- press
J - open `Duties Chat`
This is the listed place where grouped duty chats appear.
What it includes
The listed duty chats grouped under `J > Duties Chat` include:
- `GLM`
- `PC`
- `CB`
- `CEM`
- `SO`
These are duty-related chats for specific roles and positions.

Chatbox visibility
Duty chat messages can also be shown in the normal chatbox.
The relevant setting is:
- `Show Duty Chats in Chat Box`
If enabled:
- duty chat messages are shown in the chat box
If disabled:
- duty chat messages are hidden from the chat box
If you cannot see Duties Chat messages
If duty messages are missing:
- press
J - open the correct chat tab
- make sure `Show in chatbox` is enabled
Difference from other chats
`Duties Chat` is for grouped duty-related role chats.
It is separate from:
- public chats like `Main Chat`
- law alert chats like `Emergency Chat`
Notes
- `Duties Chat` is a viewer tab in `J`.
- It groups several duty chats together instead of being one single command by itself.
