MPCC stands for Mobile Police Command Center.

In CIT, the MPCC Truck is a law vehicle that lets law players:

  • teleport to its location
  • spawn at its location

Overview

The MPCC is a mobile law support vehicle.

Its main purpose is to act as a mobile command point for law players by allowing them to:

  • teleport to the truck
  • spawn at the truck

What It Does

The documented MPCC function is:

  • it lets law players teleport to its location
  • it lets law players spawn at its location

Restrictions

The documented restrictions for teleporting or spawning to an MPCC Truck are:

  • you cannot use it if you already used it in the last 2 minutes
  • it must be in the main world
  • it cannot be inside a safe base
  • it cannot be inside a riot area
  • it must have had a driver since it spawned
  • it cannot be in water
  • it cannot be broken down
  • it cannot be moving
  • it cannot be within 200 meters of an Armed Robbery

There are also danger-level restrictions:

  • cops cannot spawn at or teleport to it when danger level is below 0.8
  • it will not accept spawns within 200 meters of the Van Heist if danger level is below 1.9

Recovery

The MPCC Truck is on the non-VIP recovery list for:

  • Police Chiefs

Police Chiefs can recover these without VIP:

  • Police Undercover
  • Transport Maverick
  • FBI Rancher
  • FBI Truck
  • MPCC Truck
  • HPV-1000
