Punish Log

Punish Log is the punishment history panel in CIT. It shows the punishments linked to your account and your serial.

Overview

To open your punish log, use:

/punishlog

The panel is titled:

  • My (account and serial) punish log

It is used to review your punishment history and is also commonly checked for things such as:

  • group applications
  • `xCM` applications

What it shows

The punish log shows:

  • your account punishments
  • your serial punishments
  • dated punishment lines with time stamps
  • action details such as mutes, bans, kicks, and removed or expired bans
  • a `Filters` dropdown
  • the current date
  • your account name
  • your serial

Sections

The panel includes separate sections for:

  • This accounts punishments
  • This serials punishments

This means the punish log does not only show punishment lines tied to the account itself. It also shows punishment lines tied to the serial.

Punishment lines

Punishment lines can include actions such as:

  • `Warn`
  • `Mute`
  • `Jail`
  • `Temporary Ban`
  • `Permanent Ban`

Some offences can also lead to:

  • account limitations
  • serial limitations

The punish log can also show:

  • removed bans
  • expired bans

Filters

The punish log includes:

  • a `Filters` dropdown

This is part of the panel and is used to filter the visible punishment lines.

Removing lines

Punish log lines are not removed just because a player asks for it.

A punishment line can only be removed when:

  • a `PAM` officially invalidates it

If a punishment appeal is accepted:

  • the staff member who punished you, or an `L3+` or `L4` staff member, is told to remove the line

You should not rush people to remove it.

Staff access

Staff can view punishment logs through:

  • the admin panel

Command

Command Use
/punishlog Open your punishment history

Notes

  • `Punish Log` shows both account and serial punishment history.
  • It includes time-stamped punishment lines.
  • It can show removed or expired bans.
  • Staff will not clean or remove punish log lines just because a player asks.
