APB
An APB (All Points Bulletin) is a critical alert system used to notify law enforcement and criminals about a high-priority suspect who needs to be apprehended immediately. This system plays a key role in identifying dangerous individuals who have amassed a high number of wanted points, ensuring that both cops and criminals are on high alert for these suspects. Whether you are part of the police force or working as a criminal, understanding how to interact with the APB system is essential to maintaining order or evading capture.
What is an APB (All Points Bulletin)?
- APB is placed on a high-wanted and dangerous suspect who needs to be arrested as quickly as possible.
- APBs are automatically placed when a suspect reaches 1000 wanted points.
How do I know if somebody placed an APB on someone?
- A message will appear at the top of your screen: "<name> posted an APB on <name> assist in arresting them!"
APB Limit and Rules
- Auto APB limit is set to 3.
- The limit increases by 100 wanted points for each active APB.
- First player: 1000 WP
- Second player: 1,100 WP
- Third player: 1,200 WP
- Gangsters cannot damage an APB, and an APB cannot damage gangsters.
How do I know if there is any APB, its name, and current location?
- Press T then type /apb to check the current APB name and location.
- The APB will have a yellow star blip on the map.
- You can also check the APB name in the "Event Times" app on the CIT phone by pressing B.
Who can see this message?
- Both Cops and Criminals can see the APB message.
This system helps maintain high alert for dangerous suspects and encourages cooperation between police and criminals for faster responses.
