MPCC restrictions

Restriction	Value
Recent use	Cannot use if used in the last `2` minutes.
World	Must be in the main world.
Area	Cannot be inside a safe base or riot area.
Vehicle state	Cannot be in water, broken down, moving, or unused by a driver since spawn.
Armed Robbery	Cannot be within `200` meters of an Armed Robbery.
Danger level	Cops cannot spawn or teleport when danger level is below `0.8`.
Van Heist	Will not accept spawns within `200` meters of Van Heist if danger level is below `1.9`.
Idle owner	MPCC spawn is not accessible if the owner has not moved in `120` seconds.

When you spawn at an MPCC Truck, collisions with the truck are disabled until you exit it. The truck shows on screen text explaining why it cannot accept teleports.

MPCC role

The MPCC is a mobile law support vehicle.

Its main purpose is to act as a mobile command point for law players by allowing them to:

teleport to the truck
spawn at the truck

Restrictions

The restrictions for teleporting or spawning to an MPCC Truck are:

you cannot use it if you already used it in the last 2 minutes
it must be in the main world
it cannot be inside a safe base
it cannot be inside a riot area
it must have had a driver since it spawned
it cannot be in water
it cannot be broken down
it cannot be moving
it cannot be within 200 meters of an Armed Robbery

There are also danger level restrictions:

cops cannot spawn at or teleport to it when danger level is below 0.8
it will not accept spawns within 200 meters of the Van Heist if danger level is below 1.9
