CIT blocks registration or early login while using a VPN

A VPN or proxy only works on accounts with over 10 hours of playtime, and you cannot register on a VPN.

Steps

1. Know the rule

   CIT only allows a VPN or proxy on accounts with over 10 hours of playtime. You cannot register an account while using a VPN.

2. Turn the VPN off

   Only if a VPN is on while you register, or while you log in to an account with 10 hours or less.

   Turn the VPN off and try again on your normal connection. This does not remove a punishment.

3. If it is something else

   If you are not on a VPN, already have over 10 hours, or see a different message, save the exact message for CIT General Support.
