CIT fix
CIT ban, mute or limit: where to appeal
Find the board for the punishment shown in your message, and read its current instructions before you post.
Steps
Keep the punishment details
Keep the full message, who issued it, the type and the duration. If you can still get in game, /punishlog shows punishment entries. A plain CD47 message on its own does not mean a global MTA ban.
Bans: read the Bans Issued board
Only if the message clearly shows a CIT normal ban, limit ban, fullmute ban, or a mute longer than three days.
Read the current Bans Issued instructions before you post.

Other punishments: read Punishment Appeals
Only for other CIT punishments or mutes shorter than three days.
Read the current Punishment Appeals instructions.

A mute of exactly three days: read both boards
Only if the mute lasts exactly three days.
Read the current instructions of both boards before you choose. Our information has conflicting wording: “over three days” and “three days or more”. Bans Issued is the provisional choice for now, not a confirmed boundary.
Careful: The rule for a mute of exactly three days is not confirmed. Go by what the boards say now.
Write what happened in your own words
Follow the format of the board you chose and include evidence you can verify. This tool can help you sort the technical details. Staff decide the appeal.
Changing local settings or reinstalling cannot remove a server punishment. Do not use these CIT boards for a message that clearly says it is an MTA global ban.
