Forgot my CIT password or account name
Use Forgot my password on the login screen. Without a recovery email, ask on the Account Retrieval board.
Steps
Open the recovery screen
Reconnect to CIT and click Forgot my password on the login screen.
Use your email
Enter your email with the same capital letters you used when you set it. Wait for the recovery code and use it to reset your password. This works without your account name.
No email, or the email way fails
Post on the Account Retrieval board using the format in cit.gg/index.php?topic=123320.0 and include proof that the account is yours. Replies usually take about 3 to 4 days. You need a forum account to post there. With no forum account, ask in the #ARM-Ticket channel of the main CIT Discord: discord.gg/taHetr3bXA
