Account Retrieval staff handle the cases that need proof of ownership.
Steps
Open Account Retrieval
Use the Account Retrieval (ARM) board and read its instructions for a lost password, a forgotten PIN or a stolen account.

Post one request in the required format
Use the format in cit.gg/index.php?topic=123320.0. Say which recovery way failed and give the proof of ownership staff ask for. Never post a password or PIN.

Wait for the staff reply
Replies usually take about 3 to 4 days. Keep everything in the same topic and answer there if staff ask for more. Account Recovery Managers decide on ownership and on a PIN reset.
With no forum account, join the main CIT Discord (discord.gg/taHetr3bXA) and ask in the #ARM-Ticket channel.
