CIT fix
CIT says “Invalid password”
Check your account name before you try again. An account that does not exist also uses up an attempt.
Steps
Check your in game account name
If this is CIT’s in game login, check that you typed the account name you meant. An account that does not exist also shows Invalid password and uses an attempt.
Use Forgot my password instead of guessing
If you do not know the right details, click Forgot my password on the CIT login screen. Use the email linked to the account, with the same capital letters you used when you set it.
On the forum, use your forum login
If the message is on the forum, use the forum username and forum password. Changing the game password does not change the forum password.
If the message says the account is locked after wrong attempts, use the fix for a locked account.
