APB

APB stands for All Points Bulletin.

In CIT, an APB is a server wide alert for very wanted criminals.

Overview

An APB starts when a criminal reaches a high enough Wanted Points threshold.

It is used to highlight very wanted targets so law players can find and arrest them.

Criminals can also see APB alerts.

How It Works

An APB starts at 1000 Wanted Points.

Up to 3 APBs can exist at the same time.

The APB thresholds are:

  • 1000 WP
  • 1100 WP
  • 1200 WP

When an APB is posted, players see this message at the top of the screen:

  • "<name> posted an APB on <name>, assist in arresting them!"

A player with an active APB also has this above their head:

  • !!! APB !!!

How To Check APBs

Use /apb to see the current APB target and location.

The /apb display also shows:

  • The current APB target
  • The target location
  • Whether the target is inside an Armed Robbery

The APB target also gets a yellow star blip.

Who Can See APB Alerts

APB alerts are visible to:

How an APB Ends

An APB is removed when the target:

  • Gets arrested
  • Dies
  • Quits while a cop is nearby

APB and Wanted Gameplay

APB is part of the wanted system.

Wanted Points come from criminal actions. More Wanted Points means more police attention.

Use /wl to check your wanted stars and the top 3 most wanted players.

Players become wanted by doing crimes like aiming at police or committing criminal acts.

Law Side Notes
