How police kill pay works

The calculator estimates money from killing or jailing a wanted player.

Inputs:

  • Wanted Points
  • danger level
  • police level
  • bounty or hit amount
  • GIU half pay
  • payout share
  • taser split

Base formula

The base formula is:

  • floor(wantedPoints * 70 * dangerLevel) + 5000

At danger level 1.0, the base rate is $70 per wanted point plus a $5,000 flat bonus before bonuses and reductions.

Normal payout cap:

  • $50,000

GIU effective max payout:

  • $25,000

Police level multiplier

Police level Multiplier
> 51 1.40x
> 41 1.30x
> 31 1.20x
> 21 1.10x
> 11 1.05x
<= 11 1.00x

If another officer tased the player before the jail or kill, the taser officer gets 50%, capped at $25,000, then later kill or assist money comes from the reduced half.

Inputs

Input Use
Wanted Points The target's Wanted Points.
Danger Level The current danger level.
Police Level Your police level.
Bounty / Hit amount The $x hit amount above the player, if there is one.
GIU half pay Applies the GIU half pay rule.
Your payout share Your share of the payout.
Taser split The taser split setting for the arrest or kill.

What it calculates

The calculator can show:

  • police payout
  • bounty reward
  • base payout

The bounty or hit amount is added separately from the normal police kill arrest payout.

Formula

The base police kill arrest payout formula is:

floor(wantedPoints * 70 * dangerLevel) + 5000

The normal police payout is capped at $50,000 before GIU reduction.
