CL02: MTA cannot copy update files
An open process can keep an update file locked.

Steps
Try one step, then check whether the problem is still there. Follow any "only if" line before changing a setting.
Close MTA and GTA
Exit every running MTA and GTA instance before retrying the update.
Restart before retrying a locked update
If copying still fails, save your work and restart Windows. Run the installer before reopening the game.
Use a fresh complete MTA installer
If the update still cannot finish, download the current installer from the official MTA site and reinstall MTA. Keep the failing filename and Windows error if it returns.
