Oil is a resource used for crafting and trading in CIT.
Overview
Oil is one of the main resources in the server.
You can collect it from jobs, some robberies, turf payouts, or buy it from other players.
It can be sold on F7 or used in F9 crafting.
How To Get Oil
You can get Oil from:
- Space Miner
- Train Driver missions
- Armed Robberies
- Turfing
- F7
One Armed Robbery example is:
- LSO gives 345 Oil
What To Do With Oil
Oil can be:
- Sold on F7
- Used in F9 crafting
You can also craft items with Oil and then trade them through F7.
What Oil Is Used For
Oil is used in F9 crafting for:
Jerry Can
One example recipe is:
- Jerry Can uses 50 Oil and 25 Iron
Jerry Can is used to refuel a vehicle when it runs out of fuel.
To use it:
- Get out of the vehicle.
- Press X.
- Click the vehicle.
- Use Refuel Vehicle.
Trading
Oil can be traded through F7.
Many job items and crafting materials can be sold there.
If you list tradable resources at the minimum price, AI Trader buys them automatically after about 10 seconds.
Important Notes
- Oil is a resource, not a drug.
- It comes from Space Miner, Train Driver missions, Armed Robberies, Turfing, and F7.
- LSO Armed Robbery gives Oil.
- Oil can be sold on F7.
- Oil is used in F9 for crafting armor, refuel items, repair items, ammo, and some seasonal items.
