CIT Staff

CIT Staff are the official administrators, staff members, and related duties that help run and manage the server.

Overview

CIT Staff covers the people and duties that manage the server, handle support, review appeals, maintain forum systems, fix map issues, and help keep CIT running.

You can identify staff in game, check which staff members are online, contact them for serious problems, and view the full roster on the forum.

How To Identify Staff

In game, staff names start with:

• `[CIT]`

To see which staff members are online, use:

• `/online staff`

Staff Contact

If you need to contact staff for a serious problem, use:

• `/cad <message>`
• `J > Contact Admin`
• `/staffticket`

`/cad` and `Contact Admin` should be used for serious or urgent problems, not normal questions.

The `Contact Admin` panel also has:

• `Send this message only to CIT staff`

If your issue is not urgent and you need help first, use:

• `J > Support`
• `/sup [question]`

Staff and Community Duties

CIT also has duty roles connected to staff or community management.

Common abbreviations are:

• `ARM` = `Account Recovery Manager`
• `BAM` = `Ban Appeal Manager`
• `CM` = `Complaints Manager`
• `GM` = `Guiders Manager`
• `DM` = `Duties Manager`
• `FBM` = `Forum Board Manager`
• `FMM` = `Forum Membership Moderators`
• `ME` = `Map Editor`
• `PAM` = `Punishment Appeal Manager`
• `QAM` = `Quality Assurance Manager`
• `TPM` = `Translation Progress Manager`
• `CEM` = `Community Event Manager`
• `PC` = `Police Chief`
• `SO` = `State Official`
• `GLM` = `Group Level Manager`
• `NAS` = `Non Administrative Staff`

What These Duties Do

ARM

`ARM` validates inaccessible account claims and helps return account access.

BAM

`BAM` handles bans issued by ex-staff or inactive staff.

CM

`CM` regularly checks the complaints board for faster staff responses.

GM

`GM` regularly monitors and reviews guider activity.

DM

`DM` can assign duties like:

• `CEM`
• `PC`
• `CB`
• `SO`
• `Head`
• `ARM`
• `Squad Bank`
• `Trial Staff`
• `Translator`

FBM

`FBM` can add, remove, or edit forum boards.

FMM

`FMM` makes sure membership ranks are given correctly.

ME

`ME` enhances the map and fixes map bugs when needed.

PAM

`PAM` handles punishment appeals from the community.

Current PAMs are:

• Arnold
• Darius
• Bhairy
• farm

PAMs are L3+ Senior Staff.

There can be up to 4 PAMs.

They are appointed by Head Staff, which is L4+.

If the punisher is L3, an L4 staff member handles the appeal.

QAM

`QAM` evaluates QA Tester progress and can also handle bug reports if needed.

TPM

`TPM` monitors translation progress and decides who should get translation access.

How To Apply for Staff

To become a staff member:

1. Meet the staff requirements.

1. Apply on the forum when applications are open.

The file confirms these requirements:

• Access to `cit.gg`
• `RCM` or higher
• Permission to view and post in the `Administrative Profiles Board`

Important Notes

• Staff names start with `[CIT]` in game.
• `/online staff` shows which staff members are online.
• Use `/cad`, `J > Contact Admin`, or `/staffticket` for serious problems.
• Use `J > Support` or `/sup` for normal help questions.
• Staff rosters change often.
