CL35: GTA could not add a vehicle upgrade

Steps

Try one step, then check whether the problem is still there. Follow any "only if" line before changing a setting.

1. Restart and retry the upgrade

   After a restart, repeat the action once. If it fails, keep the vehicle ID, upgrade ID and frame name displayed.

2. Test original GTA vehicle files

   Only if the local game’s vehicle or model files were changed.

   Only if you installed vehicle replacements or other local model changes, preserve those mods and repair GTA from your trusted game source before trying again.

3. Report a repeatable for that server combination

   If a clean installation still fails on that server, give its support team the vehicle, upgrade and frame details so they can check that combination.

   Careful: There is no verified universal client setting that repairs every vehicle-upgrade failure.
