CIT Duties
CIT has a variety of official duties that help manage the server, guide players, and improve the overall experience. These duties are split into:
- Staff-Only Duties – Exclusive to staff members.
- Community Duties – Open to qualified players, with or without being staff.
Staff-Only Duties
Duty | Role Description |
---|---|
ARM (Account Recovery Manager) | Validates inaccessible account claims and restores access. Assigned to L3+ staff only. |
BAM (Ban Appeal Manager) | Handles ban appeals, especially those issued by ex-staff or inactive members. |
CM (Complaints Manager) | Monitors the complaints board and ensures faster staff responses. |
GM (Guiders Manager) | Reviews guider activity and maintains quality standards. |
DM (Duties Manager) | Has authority to assign duties such as CEM, PC, CB, SO, ARM, Translator, Head, Squad Bank, Trial Staff, and more. |
FBM (Forum Board Manager) | Can create, remove, or edit forum boards. |
FMM (Forum Membership Moderators) | Ensures forum membership ranks (e.g., NCM, JCM, RCM, SCM) are properly assigned. |
ME (Map Editor) | Enhances the map and fixes mapping bugs. Assigned only when needed. |
PAA (Punishment Appeal Associate) | Supports PAMs by providing staff access and verifying case logs. |
QAM (Quality Assurance Manager) | Monitors QA testers and can handle bug reports. |
TPM (Translation Progress Manager) | Tracks translator contributions and grants access to those eligible. |
Community Duties
Staff members can also hold these roles, but they're primarily open to the broader CIT community:

Event Managers (CEM) | Responsible to entertain the community by making a huge variety of events. |
Criminal Bosses (CB) | Responsible to lead the criminal community and help with criminal activities. |
Police Chiefs (PC) | Responsible to show leadership among police officers by setting good examples on how to do police work. |
State Officials (SO) | Responsible to entertain civilian workers and help them to understand the most diverse jobs in the server. |
Guiders | Responsible to help the non-english community by warping/helping their country mates. |
CIT Radio DJs / Radio Hosts | Responsible to provide radio shows which players can listen to. |
Group Level Managers (GLM) | Responsible to promote/demote groups based on activity, punishments, general behavior, and more. |
Community Developers | Responsible to develop and submit new stuff to be added to the server. |
Translators | Responsible to translate the server to other languages. |
Punishment Appeal Managers (PAM) | Responsible to ensure fairness when it comes to punishments (mutes and jails) and help players to understand the server rules. |
Note
- Staff may hold both staff-exclusive and community duties simultaneously.
