CIT Duties – Staff & Community Roles

CIT has a variety of official duties that help manage the server, guide players, and improve the overall experience. These duties are split into:

  • Staff-Only Duties – Exclusive to staff members.
  • Community Duties – Open to qualified players, with or without being staff.

Staff-Only Duties

Duty Role Description
ARM (Account Recovery Manager) Validates inaccessible account claims and restores access. Assigned to L3+ staff only.
BAM (Ban Appeal Manager) Handles ban appeals, especially those issued by ex-staff or inactive members.
CM (Complaints Manager) Monitors the complaints board and ensures faster staff responses.
GM (Guiders Manager) Reviews guider activity and maintains quality standards.
DM (Duties Manager) Has authority to assign duties such as CEM, PC, CB, SO, ARM, Translator, Head, Squad Bank, Trial Staff, and more.
FBM (Forum Board Manager) Can create, remove, or edit forum boards.
FMM (Forum Membership Moderators) Ensures forum membership ranks (e.g., NCM, JCM, RCM, SCM) are properly assigned.
ME (Map Editor) Enhances the map and fixes mapping bugs. Assigned only when needed.
PAA (Punishment Appeal Associate) Supports PAMs by providing staff access and verifying case logs.
QAM (Quality Assurance Manager) Monitors QA testers and can handle bug reports.
TPM (Translation Progress Manager) Tracks translator contributions and grants access to those eligible.

Community Duties

Staff members can also hold these roles, but they're primarily open to the broader CIT community:

Duty Role Description
Event Managers (CEM) Responsible to entertain the community by making a huge variety of events.
Criminal Bosses (CB) Responsible to lead the criminal community and help with criminal activities.
Police Chiefs (PC) Responsible to show leadership among police officers by setting good examples on how to do police work.
State Officials (SO) Responsible to entertain civilian workers and help them to understand the most diverse jobs in the server.
Guiders Responsible to help the non-english community by warping/helping their country mates.
CIT Radio DJs / Radio Hosts Responsible to provide radio shows which players can listen to.
Group Level Managers (GLM) Responsible to promote/demote groups based on activity, punishments, general behavior, and more.
Community Developers Responsible to develop and submit new stuff to be added to the server.
Translators Responsible to translate the server to other languages.
Punishment Appeal Managers (PAM) Responsible to ensure fairness when it comes to punishments (mutes and jails) and help players to understand the server rules.
