Criminal

Overview

The Criminal side is built around high-risk, high-reward gameplay: you commit crimes (events and robberies), gain Wanted Points, and try to escape or outplay police while earning cash and Criminal RP.

How to become a Criminal

  1. Type /criminal.
  2. Walk into the blue marker to switch to the Criminal side.

After switching, you can start criminal activities and track your wanted status and events using the commands listed below.

Core mechanics

Wanted Points, Wanted Level, and APB

  • Your Wanted Points go up when you commit crimes (and they can be reduced by paying fines).
  • Use /wl to check your Wanted Level.
  • At 1000 Wanted Points, an APB becomes active (All Points Bulletin), making you a priority target.

Arrests, jail, and money safety

  • If you get arrested, you are sent to jail and your jail time is based on your Wanted Points.
  • Cash on hand can be lost on arrest, so it’s safer to keep money in the bank when you’re actively doing crime.
  • You can pay a jail fine to be released (/payjailfine).
  • Jail escape: criminals can open the jail gate from the inside to escape (you still need to deal with your Wanted Points afterward).

Commands

Criminal activities

Criminal Events (CE)

Criminal Events are rotating event locations for criminals and police, with no fixed player limit.

  • Track events with /ce, and use /ce update to see the current CE location and remaining time.
  • Joining: use /ce then press N, or use GPS and select “CE”.

Rewards (criminals):

  • Criminal RP for killing cops in a CE scales with the cop’s Wanted Points.
  • You also gain cash for escaping, and the first kill can grant drug rewards.

Van Heist (special CE)

Van Heist occurs regularly as a special CE type:

  • Criminals hijack the van and deliver it to a marked location.
  • Jetpacks are disabled within a radius around the van (and there are additional proximity rules that can give criminals wanted points).

Armed Robberies (AR)

Armed Robberies are “Cops ’n’ Robbers”-style events at preset robbery spots where criminals/gangsters attempt the robbery while police attempt to stop them.

  • Use /arl to check the current AR and timers.
  • Use /arl update to keep the AR info on-screen.
  • AR locations appear on the map (red bag icon).

Starting an AR:

  • Most AR locations have two AR peds — aiming at either can start the robbery.

Rewards:

  • Base reward includes cash + drugs (and you gain Criminal RP for killing cops during ARs).
  • Some AR locations can award special materials (see below).

Danger Level & Anti-Rush

  • Danger Level affects how fast/slow the robbery progresses.
  • Anti-Rush delays cops entering an AR based on the current danger level, giving criminals time to set up and preventing instant rushing.

Special material rewards (AR)

Some AR locations can reward special materials, for example:

  • LSO, Market, Maddogs Mansion, and Yellow Bells can award materials such as oil, ore, or meat (depending on location).

(Exact reward rules can vary by AR location.)

Store robberies

Store robberies are robberies at specific shops/stores.

  • Start by aiming at the cashier/NPC; a countdown appears.
  • Don’t leave the store during the robbery.
  • Robbing the same store again within 6 hours increases the timer (+1 minute each time), up to a cap.

Stores you can rob include:

  • 24/7, Well Stacked Pizza, Victim, and Burgershot.

Rewards include cash and Criminal RP (and some stores may give materials like oil/meat instead of money in certain cases).

ATM robberies

  • Use /batm to locate eligible ATMs.
  • Use /robatm to plant a bomb and start the robbery (1 minute).
  • ATM gives cash + Criminal RP and adds Wanted Points.
  • After robbery, the ATM is empty for a short period.

Pickpocketing

How to pickpocket:

  1. Stand close to the target player.
  2. Press X.
  3. Click the player.
  4. Select Pickpocket.

Notes:

  • Pickpocketing has cooldown rules (including restrictions on repeatedly robbing the same player).
  • Pickpocketing is allowed during AR.
