Group promotion rules

Promotion requests

A group requests promotion through its profile.

`GLMs` review:

  • activity
  • punishment
  • behavior

Wait times between promotions

The documented wait times are:

  • `L4` to `L5` = `2` months
  • `L5` to `L6` = `2` months
  • `L6` to `L7` = `3` months
  • `L7` to `L8` = `4` months
  • `L8` to `L9` = `5` months

Activity checks

Activity targets depend on group type and level.

Examples:

  • Criminal `L7` = `110%`
  • Civilian `L7` = `90%`

Punishment multipliers by level

Level Multiplier
L1 to L5 1
L6 1.2
L7 1.4
L8 1.6
L9 1.8
L10 2

Other notes

  • Any group with a board can request protection for one tag.
  • Group bases and some custom objects do not load in the Law Dimension.
  • Base spawns are for your group or squad and their friends or allies, not for sale.
  • AI-generated applications are automatically rejected.
  • Hybrid groups can be `L10`.
  • When a group becomes top military or rebel group, a server-wide notification is sent.
  • There is no single best group; activity, reputation, leadership, and playstyle fit matter.
