|

Gangster money methods
Gangster income is different from solo criminal income.

| Group rewards | Gangsters mainly make money from group rewards as part of gangster-side play. |

F7 trading
`F7` is one of the strongest money systems in CIT.
What you can sell on F7
The KB confirms that players can sell:
- resources
- ammo
- guns
- drugs
- weapons
- VIP hours
- VIP levels
- tag colors
- house slots
- crafted items
- many job materials
AI Trader
If you sell at the minimum price:
- `AI Trader` can buy the listing automatically after about `10` seconds
This also works for:
- `VIP` hours
- minimum-price resources and other tradable items
Trading tips
The KB directly recommends:
- regular jobs until you hit the earn limit
- smart `F7` trading
- selling high-demand items like ammo, drugs, and resources
Crafting and profit
`F9` crafting can turn job materials into tradable items.
Important points:
- many mined or collected materials can be sold directly on `F7`
- they can also be used in `F9` crafting
- crafted items can be traded to other players through `F7`
Examples:
- `Gold` can be sold or used for items like `Diamond Wedding Ring` and `Satchel`
- `Fish` can be used for `Fish Cake` and `Banquet`
- `Meat` can be sold or used for `Meat Feast` and `Banquet`
- `Kevlar` is used for `Armor (Kevlar)`
Property-based value
Properties can also create value.
Houses
A house can be sold to another player:
- press
Zat your house - set the asking price
- enable house sale
You cannot sell a house back to the server.
House basements
A basement costs:
$10,000,000
A basement lets you grow `Kenaf`:
- `35` plants per full basement
- each mature plant gives `9` Kenaf
- a full harvest gives `315` Kenaf
- a full harvest can become `21` Kevlar
Important note:
- `Kenaf` cannot be sold or transferred directly
The value comes from:
- turning it into `Kevlar`
- crafting `Armor (Kevlar)`
- trading crafted items through `F7`
Rented factories and heist properties
The KB lists these as part of property-based value:
- rented factories
- heist properties
The exact payouts are not listed in the KB section used here, but they are confirmed as live property value systems.
Business Factories
`Business Factories` are also an income source because the KB confirms that `Nitrous` can come from:
- `Business Factories`
That nitrous can then be sold on `F7`.
Events, challenges, and bonus income
CEM events
After the earn limit, the KB recommends these uncapped reward events:
- `FFA`
- `Race`
- `HnS`
- `CDF`
- `Carbomb`
Race rewards
Races reward:
- money
- reputation
- winnings that can be taken as `Engine Parts` or `Nitrous`
Top race rewards are:
| Place | Reward |
|---|---|
| 1st | Full prize and `12` part-type winnings |
| 2nd | `75%` of the prize and `9` part-type winnings |
| 3rd | `50%` of the prize and `6` part-type winnings |
| 4th | `25%` of the prize and `3` part-type winnings |
| 5th | `25%` of the prize |
| 6th and above | $4000
|
Daily Challenges
Daily Challenges give:
- cash
- `RP`
- sometimes bonus items
They are split into:
- `Mafia Wars`
- `Criminal`
- `Civilian`
- `Miscellaneous`
Maths Trivia
Each correct Maths Trivia answer gives:
$5,000
Civilian achievements
Many Level `10` civilian achievements pay cash.
Most give:
$1,000,000
Exceptions listed in the KB include:
| Achievement | Reward |
|---|---|
| `Chief of Staff` | $0
|
| `Software Developer` | $100,000
|
| `Shiny!` | $25,000
|
| `Gem Collector` | $250,000
|
Paid community roles
The KB clearly supports one paid non-job role:
| Role | Pay |
|---|---|
| Translator | $200 per character, including spaces and punctuation
|
Beginner money path
For new players, the KB recommends starting with:
- `Trucker`
- `Farmer`
- `Miner`
Rough beginner payouts mentioned in the KB are:
- `Trucker` = about
$800to$2,400per delivery - `Farmer` = about
$1,200+per harvest - `Miner` = about
$1,000+per trip
Income boosters
The KB recommends these ways to improve earnings:
- use `VIP` hours
- take useful courses
- trade smart on `F7`
- switch to `CEM` events after the earn limit
Examples from the KB:
- `VIP` adds `20%` extra on several civilian jobs
- the `Basic Agricultural Skills` course reduces Farmer crop growth time by `5%`
