CIT Commands

CIT Commands is a command reference page for slash commands that appear in the current CIT knowledge base.

Overview

• if a command has `—` in the description column, the knowledge base mentions the command but does not explain it in enough safe detail yet
• some commands are role-restricted, level-restricted, or only work in specific systems

Command	What it does
/ac <message>	Use to talk to everyone in your alliance.
/achievements	Use to see your achievement progress. Some completed achievements also give money.
/addbaseped	Groups with a base, hood, or `CITy Zone` can add up to `3` frozen peds with the command.
/addbasespawn	Group Level 3 unlocks the command and /delbasespawn.
/addent	Use to open the entity panel and place objects in your `CITy Zone`.
/addsquadped	Squads with an interior can add up to `3` frozen peds near their teleport marker with the command.
/addsquadspawn	Useful squad management command. Restricted commands still depend on founder or rank permissions.
/addstaticveh	Groups with a base, hood, or `CITy Zone` can add up to `5` static vehicles with the command. These vehicles are client-sided, frozen, and copied from the current vehicle's mods and upgrades.
/addstaticveh house	This command lets VIP players spawn static vehicles near their house markers for the vehicle's price.
/addstaticveh squad	Squads with an interior can add up to `2` static vehicles near their teleport marker with the command. These vehicles are client-sided, frozen, and copied from the current vehicle's mods and upgrades.
/agp no	Use /gpoll <question>. Members vote with /agp yes or the command.
/agp yes	Use /gpoll <question>. Members vote with the command or /agp no.
/aimbotsuspect <player>	Use to report a suspected aimbot user.
/aircar	A CEM or staff member must start a vote for flying cars. If it passes, you can use the command. You can also use it inside any apartment without a vote.
/allycountd <seconds> <reason>	Use to set a countdown for an alliance action.
/amotd <message>	Use to set the Alliance Message of the Day.
/apartmententrance	Stand where you want the entrance or exit and use the command to change it.
/apartmentkick <name>	Use to kick a player from your apartment. You must be the owner.
/apartmentvalue	Use inside your apartment to see its value and item count.
/apb	Use to see the current APB targets and locations.
/apb <name>	Police Chief command used on a player name.
/arl	Use to check active `ARs` and common robbery locations.
/arl update	This command pins live AR info on your screen.
/asc <message>	Use to talk in alliance staff chat.
/asp [yes/no]	Use in squad polls to vote yes or no.
/asq <answer>	Use to submit your answer in the squad quiz panel.
/assist	Pilot command that helps keep the aircraft steady when your speed is above `230`.
/atm	Use to open the ATM GUI.
/barrier	Use `/barriers` to see the barrier IDs you can place, then use the command with an ID to place one.
/barrier [ID]	Use to place a barrier if you have barrier access.
/barriers	Use to see the barrier IDs you can place.
/batm	Use to mark ATMs on your map.
/battlepass	Use the command. There is no active Battlepass currently.
/beer	Use to hold and drink a beer bottle in game. It costs `$100`. Press `LMB` to drink and `RMB` to drop the bottle.
/bind	Use for key binds in CIT. You can bind commands directly or open the chatbox with a command ready to type.
/bind [key] pick [vehicle number]	Use to bind a vehicle to a key in CIT. Example: /bind Q pick 1.
/bind [key] recover	Use to bind vehicle recovery to a key in CIT. Example: /bind Q recover.
/bind <key> <command>	Use to trigger a command directly from a key bind.
/bind <key> chatbox <command>	Use to open the chatbox with a command ready to type.
/bind <key> chatbox <shortcut>	Common the command shortcuts are localchat, locf, main, fmsg, gc, sc, uc, cc, groupnote, ac, e, sup, and td.
/bind <key> citphone	Use to bind CITPhone to another key. For example, /bind f1 citphone.
/bind chatbox	Used with `/bind <key> chatbox <shortcut>` for shortcuts like `localchat`, `main`, `gc`, `sc`, `uc`, and `sup`.
/binds <key>	Use to check the binds on a key.
/bliphouses	Use to locate nearby properties for sale.
/blipzone ID	Use to mark a CITy Zone on the map. You need to stand inside the zone and use /cityzonedata to get its ID.
/br update	Use to check when the next round starts, how many players signed up, and how many players are alive if a round is active.
/briefcase	Use to check the current Briefcase mission.
/buygroupslots <amount>	Any group member can use the command to buy more group slots. Each slot costs $50,000, and the cap is 90 slots.
/buysquadslots	Use to buy more squad slots. Each extra slot costs `$10,000`, and the squad cap is `90` members.
/buysquadslots <amount>	Use the command. Each extra squad slot costs $10,000, and the squad cap is 90 members.
/cad <message>	Use or press J and choose Contact Admin. That panel also has a Send this message only to CIT staff checkbox. Use it for serious or urgent problems, not normal questions.
/cat	Use to hold a cat in game.
/cb	Criminal Boss duty chat for Criminal Bosses themselves. It is not a player contact command.
/cbnote	Criminal Boss command.
/cbpanel	Criminal Boss panel command. It can place blips and Mystery Boxes.
/cc	Use to talk in Car Chat.
/cc [message]	Use to send a message to everyone in your vehicle.
/cc <message>	Use to talk in Car Chat. Only players inside your vehicle and players glued to that vehicle can see it.
/ce	Use to check active Criminal Event timers and status.
/ce update	Use to keep Criminal Event info on your screen.
/cem	Use to talk to `CEM` duty chat.
/challenges	Battlepass Challenges Progress Tracker toggles the the command tracker.
/challenges change	Use the command. This was tied to Battlepass challenge side, but there is no active Battlepass currently.
/changeemail <old_email> <new_email> <account_password>	Use the command, or open the Email section in the Security Center. If you do not have an old email, use none.
/changewmpay	Waste Manager is a civilian job where you collect garbage with a Trashmaster. Use the command to choose Electronics, Chemicals, or Money.
/cigar	Use to smoke a cigar in game. It costs $100. Press LMB to smoke and RMB to drop the cigar.
/cinemamode	Use to hide the normal UI for a cleaner cinematic view.
/citbook	Press B and open CITBook from CITPhone, or use the command.
/citysave	Use to save everything you built in your `CITy Zone`.
/cityzonebuy	Stand inside the CITy Zone you want to buy and use the command to buy that CITy Zone.
/cityzonedata	Use /blipzone ID to mark a CITy Zone on the map. You need to stand inside the zone and use the command to get its ID.
/cityzonedata <zone-ID>	Use to see the object limit for that zone, including zones with a higher limit.
/cityzonedelegates <ID>	Use to see who has access to your CITy Zone.
/cityzonekick <player ID>	Use to kick a player out of your CITy Zone.
/cityzonename <ID> <name>	Use to name your CITy Zone.
/cityzoneobjectwipe <ID>	Use to delete all objects in that CITy Zone.
/cityzoneradio	Use `<ID> <webAddressForRadio>` to start a radio stream in a `CITy Zone`, or use `<ID>` to stop it.
/cityzoneradio <ID>	Use <webAddressForRadio> to start a radio stream in that CITy Zone. Use the command to stop it.
/cityzoneradio <ID> <webAddressForRadio>	Use to start a radio stream in that CITy Zone. Use /cityzoneradio <ID> to stop it.
/cityzonesell	Stand inside your zone and use the command to sell it back to the server.
/cityzonetogglearchitect <ID> <PlayerName>	Use /cityzonetoggledelegate <ID> <AccountName> to give or remove delegate access, and the command to give or remove architect access.
/cityzonetoggledelegate <ID> <AccountName>	Use to give or remove delegate access, and /cityzonetogglearchitect <ID> <PlayerName> to give or remove architect access.
/click	Same as pressing `X` to show or hide the cursor.
/codes	Use /e <message> for Emergency Chat. It is used for law backups, regrouping, and coordination. You can learn the law codes in F1 > Documentation or with the command.
/copyent	Use to copy an entity in your `CITy Zone`.
/copygrouplog	Use to copy all lines from the Group History GUI. You can also use the copy-all button in the GUI.
/copysquadlog	Use to copy the squad history to your clipboard.
/countryadvert	Use if you only want players from your country to see the advert.
/countryadvert [message]	Use to send an advert to players from your country.
/course	The Courses System gives gameplay perks, job bonuses, and special features. You can open it with the commands, the command, or /shit.
/courses	No. Space Miner uses the shared mining level system. VIP hours and the command also boost Space Miner pay.
/crafting	Use to open the `F9` Crafting interface.
/createveh <vehicle>	Use inside your apartment to spawn a vehicle there.
/criminal	Use to switch to the Criminal side.
/criminal medic	Use to become a Criminal Medic after you unlock it at `Level 5` criminal.
/crosshairs	Open the Crosshairs app in CITPhone, or use the command.
/cruise	Use for cruise control while driving or flying supported vehicles.
/currentiron	Use to see how much iron you have collected.
/customskin	Use for custom skin shaders.
/customtitles	Custom titles are short messages above your character. They are limited to 20 characters and use the command.
/d	- the command Donator Chat
/d <message>	Donator Chat is a private chat that only donators can see. Use the command.
/dangerlevel	Use to check the current `Danger Level`.
/dangerlevel update	Use to keep Danger Level on your screen.
/dc	Use to open the `Daily Challenges` panel.
/dc update	Use to turn daily challenge progress messages on or off.
/debugplayerdamage	Use to show damage debug lines when you shoot a player.
/delbaseped	Aim at the frozen ped and use the command to delete it.
/delbasespawn	Use while you are inside your group base to remove a spawn point.
/delent	Use to delete the selected entity in your `CITy Zone`.
/delsquadped	Aim at the frozen ped and use the command to delete it.
/delstaticveh	Stand on the static vehicle and use the command to remove it.
/delstaticveh house	Stand on the static vehicle, then use the command to remove it.
/delstaticveh squad	Stand on the static vehicle and use the command to remove it.
/developer	Use to open the Developer GUI for the Software Developer job.
/discord	Use to open the official CIT Discord join panel and get the invite link.
/discordre <message>	Use to reply to Discord messages in game.
/divorce AccountName	Use to get a divorce in CIT.
/dl	Use to check the current `Danger Level`.
/dog	Use to hold a dog in game.
/drop	Pilot command used during some aircraft jobs.
/dropitem	Yes. Use the command.
/drugs	Press F4 or use the command to open the Drugs Panel.
/dunverify	Use in game to unlink your Discord account from CIT.
/e <message>	Use for Emergency Chat. It is used for law backups, regrouping, and coordination. You can learn the law codes in F1 > Documentation or with /codes.
/editdoor	Use to edit a door in your CITy Zone and manage its access.
/edittex	Use to change the texture of a `CITy` object or vehicle color.
/equip	Use to open the `CIT Player Equipment` panel.
/eventwarp	Use after a CEM or staff member calls the event in chat.
/fbm	Use h to see the host commands. the command opens the host GUI, /stdleft shows the remaining rental time, and /leaveevent lets you leave if you get stuck inside.
/fbm h	Use to see the host commands. /fbm opens the host GUI, /stdleft shows the remaining rental time, and /leaveevent lets you leave if you get stuck inside.
/fightstyle	VIP command for changing your fighting style.
/fine	Use if you only have `1` wanted star to pay it off.
/firesleft	Use the Info Board at the bottom-left of your screen. It shows job task info and job level progress, and it replaces older commands like the command and /myheals.
/fireworks	Use to start placing fireworks.
/fireworks launch	Use to launch all fireworks you already placed with /fireworks.
/flip	Use to flip your vehicle upright.
/fmsg [message]	FMSG means Friend Message. Use the command to send one message to all your CITBook friends.
/followanim <partial animation name>	Use the command, or press X, click the player, and choose Follow Animation. It also shows the name and command of the animation you are following.
/fp	First Person Disable Mouse When Driving disables mouse look when you use the command while driving.
/gangster	Use to switch to the Gangster side.
/gc	Use to talk in Group Chat.
/gc <message>	Use to chat with your group. Use /gsc <message> for Group Staff Chat.
/gd	Use to talk in the Guiders' chat.
/gdiscordcode	Use in game to get the code and instructions for linking group chat to Discord.
/gdiscordcode gsc	Use for Group Staff Chat and /sdiscordcode ssc for Squad Staff Chat. For Group Staff Chat, the Discord link command is .linkgsc, not .link.
/getforumaccount YourIngamePasswordHere	Use to create a forum account with your in-game account name and password.
/getpaintcolor	Sit inside the vehicle and use the command to see that vehicle's primary and secondary R G B paint values.
/gforceunlink	Use to force unlink group chat from Discord.
/glue	Stand on a vehicle and use the command to attach yourself to it.
/go	Base `/go` command family. The KB also documents `/go <job name>` and many specific Level 10 or role-specific `/go` uses.
/go [job name]	Yes. At Level 10 in a job, you can use the command to take that job again quickly.
/go Bomb Disposal	Bomb Disposal unlocks at 300 arrests. At 100,000 Arrest Points, you can also use the command to go on duty without visiting the marker.
/go Bus Driver	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Cave Miner	Cave Miner shares its mining levels with Iron Miner. Collect iron to gain progress and rank up. At Level 10 you unlock the command.
/go Chief	Police Chief quick duty command.
/go Delivery Man	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Farmer	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Firefighter	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Fisherman	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Fuel Transporter	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Hunter	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Ice Cream Man	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Iron Miner	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Lumberjack	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.

/go Medic	After `1,000,000` heal points, you unlock the command.

/go Police Detective	Police Detective unlocks at 150 arrests. At 100,000 Arrest Points, you can also use the command to go on duty without visiting the marker.
/go Police Medic	Use to become a Police Medic if you have the Police side unlocked.
/go Police Officer	At `100,000` law points, you can use the command to take the Police Officer job quickly.
/go Racer	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Software Developer	At Level 10, you unlock the command.
/go Taxi Driver	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Traffic Officer	At `100,000` Arrest Points, you can use the command as a quick Traffic Officer switch.
/go Train Driver	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Trucker	At `Level 10`, you unlock the command.
/go Waste Manager	At Level 10, you unlock the command.
/gojob	L6+ groups can request a custom job. If it is approved, members with the right permission can use the command to switch to it, or use the Group Job button in F6.
/gping <message>	L6+ groups can use the command to ping all group members. Players can manage ping visibility in the Group Ping System setting.
/gpoll <question>	Use the command. Members vote with /agp yes or /agp no.
/gps	Use to open the GPS panel, search for a place, and mark it on your map.
/gps ammu	GPS shortcut for `Ammunation` stores.
/gps gas	GPS shortcut for gas stations.
/gps mods	GPS shortcut for mod shops.
/gps pns	GPS shortcut for `Pay n' Spray` locations.
/gradio	Use to open the group radio panel.
/graffiti	Use to open the graffiti panel. Select a type from the top-right list and preview it there.
/grefresh	Use to refresh linked group chat with Discord.
/groupbank	Use to open the Group Bank panel.
/groupchatcolor <R G B>	Use to change group chat color if your group rank has the matching permission.
/groupchatcolor R G B	Use /turfcolor R G B for turf color and the command for group chat color.
/groupscores	Use to see group scores for your group, including civilian job categories like Paper Boy and Ice Cream Man.
/groupsquadunit	Use `F6` or the command to open the Group, Squad, and Unit panel.
/groupstats	Use to see your group's stats.
/grouptops	Use to see the top 3 members in your group by score contribution. Use the command today to see today's top 3 contributors.
/grouptops today	Use /grouptops to see the top 3 members in your group by score contribution. Use the command to see today's top 3 contributors.
/gsc <message>	Use /gc <message> to chat with your group. Use the command for Group Staff Chat.
/gsetdeltime <hours>	Use the command. Use /gsyncinfo or .deltime to check the current setting.
/gsyncinfo	Use to check linked group Discord sync info.
/gunmod	Use to open Gun Mods. They are cosmetic weapon shaders only.

/havesex	Can be used by married partners when they are near each other.
/headlights	VIP players can use the command to change headlight color and /neon to edit neon anywhere. /neon needs owned neon items.
/helpme <problem>	A player uses the command, then a Guider can teleport to them to help.
/highlight	Join a gang or group first. Then focus on turfing, Briefcases, LS Hijack missions, and the command.
/hitme	- Hit Me: use the command on yourself, reward $10,000
/hitme amount warehouse	- /hitme, the command, and Terminator Mode at the highest /hitme amount
/hitsound	This command lets you change the sound you hear when you hit someone.
/home	Houses let you use /sleep, play CITradio, change your skin, use food or drink markers, buy a basement for $10,000,000, and use the command to teleport to your house.
/ignore [player name or ID]	Use the command. To remove it, use /unignore [player name or ID]. Use /ignorelist to check your ignore list.
/ignorelist	Use /ignore [player name or ID]. To remove it, use /unignore [player name or ID]. Use the command to check your ignore list.
/info	Press F1 or use the command to open the help and rules panel.
/jarrah	Use to see your score in Jarrah's event and the top 10 players.
/jetpack	Use /vipjetpack or the command after you unlock it with VIP hours. It cannot be used in LV or while wanted.
/jfmplayers	Use to check how many players are inside the Jefferson Motel.
/jobs	Use to open the jobs panel and browse jobs.
/kill	Use the rapid transport marker on the asteroid bridge. You can also fly back with a jetpack or use the command to respawn on Earth.
/l4veh	Official groups can use the command inside LS and SF airports to spawn their base vehicles.
/l6speaker <link>	`Group Level 6` unlocks the command in the group base.
/lasttakeover	Use to see who made the last LS and LV takeover and when it happened.
/lawblip <message>	Police Chief command used for law blips.
/lawrepair	Use inside your apartment.
/ldma	Use to view or manage the Law Dimension Map App system.
/leaveevent	Use to leave Battle Royale.
/leavefield	Use to leave a Paintball Arena match.
/length	The maximum group base size is 100 x 100 with a height limit of 20z. Use the command to help measure it.
/lights	Press L or use the command to turn on your vehicle lights in game.
/lineselect	Chat interface option used in `J` chat tabs.
/linkforumaccount ForumUsername ForumPassword	Press T and use the command. ForumUsername is your forum username, not your display name.
/localchat	Use to talk in local chat.
/localchat <message>	Press U for Local Chat, or use the command. Only nearby players can see it.
/locf	This command sends a message only to your nearby CITBook friends.
/loct [message]	Use the command. Only nearby players who are in your CITBook and on the same team as you can see it. It works for Criminal, Law, Civilian, Gangster, and Roleplayers.
/lspd	Use to teleport to the Los Santos police department.
/lv	LV stands for Las Venturas. LV managers can control settings like RPG cooldown and explosive damage with the command.
/main	Use to talk in `Main Chat`.
/main [message]	Use the command. LS, SF, OS, and BC share the same /main chat. LV has its own /main chat. Main Chat is English only.
/marry [PlayerName]	Use to propose marriage. You need `2` wedding rings in your inventory.
/marryconfirm [PlayerName]	Use to accept a marriage proposal.
/memorial	Use to visit a separate dimension that shows inactive group bases.
/messenger	Press F10 to open CIT Messenger. It also has the the command alias.
/militaryblip	Police Chief command.
/mis <name>	Police Chief command.
/miscom	Mission Accomplished Sound changes the completion sound and can be tested with the command.
/mobileatm	Use to bank money anywhere after you complete `Safe Online Banking` in `/courses`.
/modshop	Use to open the Mod Shop panel.
/movingstyle	Use /walkstyle or the command to change your walking style.
/mp <message>	Use while you are a cop and riding in a police vehicle to send a nearby megaphone message.
/mplayer	Use to open the Music Player for your house, apartment, or car.
/mplayer [songIndex] {playlistIndex}	Music Player command used to play a song or playlist entry.
/mplayer next	Music Player command to play the next song.
/mplayer play	Music Player command to resume playback.
/mplayer prev	Music Player command to play the previous song.
/mplayer random	Music Player command to toggle random playback.
/mplayer random all	Music Player command to randomize all songs.
/mplayer speed [0-2]	Music Player command to change playback speed.
/mplayer stop	Music Player command to stop playback.
/mplayer vol [0-100]	Music Player command to change volume.
/msd	Use to place destination blips for squad members.
/msd remove	Use /msd to place destination blips for squad members. Use the command ID to remove one blip or the command to clear them all.
/msd remove ID	Use /msd to place destination blips for squad members. Use the command to remove one blip or /msd remove to clear them all.
/mt [answer]	Use to answer a Maths Trivia question.
/myheals	CIT no longer uses medkits for healing. Use the command to track your medic progress in a Criminal Event.
/myhistory	Use to open your full account history.
/mymusic	Use with a direct stream link to play music in your house, apartment, or car.
/mymusic <webAddressOfStreamHere>	Use to play music from a direct stream link in your house, apartment, or car.
/neon	VIP players can use /headlights to change headlight color and the command to edit neon anywhere. the command needs owned neon items.
/nick [new nickname]	Use the command, or press ESC > Settings > Multiplayer > Nick and change it there.
/notifications	Offline SMS messages appear in the command when you log in.
/objectswithinzone <ID>	Use to check how many objects are in that CITy Zone.
/online cb	Shows the Criminal Bosses who are currently online.
/online cem	Shows the Community Event Managers who are currently online.
/online glm	Shows the Group Level Managers who are currently online.
/online guide	Shows the Guides who are currently online.
/online pc	Shows the Police Chiefs who are currently online.
/online SO	Shows the State Officials who are currently online.
/online staff	Shows the staff who are currently online.
/opportunities	Press F3 or use the command to open the Opportunities panel. It also has a search bar so you can find specific money methods faster.
/partner	This command gives cops an AI partner when the danger level is above 1.5. You can also use the command while inside a vehicle. The partner is removed if the cop dies.
/payjailfine	You need cash in hand. Bank money does not work for the command.
/pc	Police Chief duty chat for Police Chiefs themselves. It is not a player contact command.
/pcpanel	Police Chief panel command.
/point	Use to start the synced pointing animation. Nearby players can see it, and the bottom-right bar shows the controls.
/policecountd	Police Chief countdown command.
/punishlog	Use to check your punishment history. Players also use it for applications like groups or xCM.
/qs	Use with supported stat names to check quick stats.
/qs apbjailed	This command shows your total number of APBs jailed.
/qs developer	Use to check your Software Developer quick stats.
/qs diamonds	Use to see how many diamonds you found. The Diamonds Found stat in /stats means the same thing for the Diamond Miner job.
/qsk	Use to open the QuickStats window. It shows the available /qs statistics.
/quit	Use to leave the server.
/quitjob	Press W, which is the move forward bind, to stop selling. If you want to quit the job completely, use the command.
/r <message>	Radio chat for your current radio or job channel.
/r<room command> <message>	Use after creating a room in `F10` to talk in that room. Example: `/rhello <message>`.
/race	Yes. In the command, racers can choose to receive their winnings in Engine Parts or Nitrous.
/rank	Use to check your current job or side rank when supported.
/re	Reply shortcut for the last private message or SMS.
/re [message]	Use to reply to the last SMS or private message.
/reconnect	Reconnect or use the command, click Forgot my password, enter your email, wait for the recovery code, then use it to reset your password.
/recover	Use to recover the vehicle currently selected in `F2`.
/relax	Use to open the in-game browser and play a relaxing YouTube video.
/removebarrier [ID]	Use to remove one barrier you placed.
/removebarrier all	Use to remove all barriers you placed.
/report	Use to open the report GUI and automatically take a screenshot.
/reports	Capture your proof with F12, upload it to a host like Imgur or YouTube, then use the command and paste the link into the Proof field before submitting.
/requestevent	Use to open the event request GUI.
/res	Show Police Dispatch Calls controls dispatch messages about crimes. Show Police Dispatch Response Messages controls messages when officers use the command.
/roadtrip	Both players must be in their own vehicles and near each other. Use the command, then click the player you want to follow.
/rob	Use near a parked vehicle to start the vehicle theft mission.
/robatm	Use in an ATM marker with `5` explosives to start an ATM robbery.
/roleplay	Use to join or leave the Roleplayers team. It currently supports civilian worker jobs only.
